Drive wheels lock up, v-belt -3 L cogged recently replaced. Worked fine two cuts, wheels lock up forward and reverse

Hi Bill, thank you for contacting us. Considering the symptoms you mentioned, the issue seems to be with the traction cable, part number PS8800564. The purpose of the traction cable is to engage the drive wheels. Unfortunately, over time it may wear out and it may begin to fail in engaging the drive wheels causing the wheels to lock up.
