Broken glass tray

There was nothing to actually, I just put in the bottom of the oven and cooked my sausage about 40 seconds later there is a loud POP and that's it. End of repair, end of breakfast, end of oven. I am returning the glass tray to you and asking for a refund. It was less expensive to go buy a new oven then to have that 30 year old repaired !

I do thank you for you prompt service and shipping.
