i need the top glass shelf, the plastic side pieces have broken off and i will need a replacement filter for the ice/water

Door alarm keeps sounding even though the doors are closed. We cleaned the door seal however the alarm keeps going.

Hello Jim, Thank you for your inquiry. This is usually caused by the control board getting a signal that the door is open, even though it is not. Researching your model, we would recommend checking the door switch and the main control board. If you have not already done so, try unplugging your refrigerator for 10 minutes to see if that resets the control board. You can test the door switch with a multimeter, and check the board and connecting wire harness for any visible damage or loose connections. Good luck with your repair.
My door is rubbing on the base plate that has the pin for the door, I believe there is a bushing that has broken and has dropped the door down so a screw is rubbing on the base plate and stopping the door from shutting on it own, what part# is the bushing?

Video makes it look easy. Kenmore refrigerator does not have "groove" along the right hand side of switch that allows for pushing down on release. Used a thin screwdriver to get under to push while holding switch edge with pliers. Kept slipping. Tape sides to avoid scratching inside of refrigerator.
removed the upper freezer door to access screws to remove lower door. laid bottom door on its side, removed bad bushing, put new bushing in, put bottom door back on refridge, put upper door back on fridge. Door worked easy as when new. good closure of door and story..Happy customer, and wife even happier.....thank you....
We've had issues with this LG LTCS24223S refrigerator's gaskets since we've bought it.
The repair was simple with no tools required.
I simply pryed out the old gasket and replaced with new one. It's an easy fix now we'll see how it works as far as keeping the frost from building up inside.
