Which way to turn the stopper feet to lower the fridge onto the rollers to move the fridge?

We've had issues with this LG LTCS24223S refrigerator's gaskets since we've bought it.
The repair was simple with no tools required.
I simply pryed out the old gasket and replaced with new one. It's an easy fix now we'll see how it works as far as keeping the frost from building up inside.
