The fridge and freezer is not getting cold. The compresser is coming on and fan to. But the fans inside are not coming on.

Fan making noise when I open the door it stops
For model number 79574025411
Hi Gary,
Thank you for your question. It is normal for the evaporator fan motor to stop when the refrigerator door is open. The purpose of the evaporator fan motor is to circulate cold air from the freezer section into the fresh food section of your refrigerator. If it were to remain on while the door was open, it would have to work harder to maintain the set temperature of the refrigerator, using more power. We hope this helps!

FREEZER DOES NOT REACH TEMPERATURE ICE STAYS FROZEN STORED IN CONTAINER BUT ICE CREAM IS SOFT NOT FULLY FROZEN SET FOR -6. ALSO ICE IN DOOR NOT WORKING, TRAY FULL OF FROZEN ICE BUT NOT EMPTYING, WATER IN DOOR OK
For model number 79574025411
Hello Robert, Thank you for reaching out. The first thing to check if the coils. Make sure there is no dust build up as this restricts the air flow. Also make sure the Condenser Fan Motor by the compressor is running. This fan needs to run to keep the compressor cool. The compressor creates heat that can throw off the temperature in the Freezer. We hope this solves your problem!
