Not cooling
For model number 79571313312
Hello Eloy, thank you for your question. To fix the issue, you may need to check the following parts: thermistor assembly, part number PS3644971, evaporator fan motor, part number PS3523323, and compressor assembly, part number PS12739218. If this does not solve the issue, then you may need to check the electronic control board, part number PS12738978. We hope this solves your problem!
Hi Eloy, thank you for reaching out. We have narrowed the issue down to the following parts: the condenser fan motor, part number PS3579388, the evaporator fan motor, part number PS3523323, the door gasket, and the control board, part number PS12738978. The door gasket is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There are no part substitutions listed. Our suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for the discontinued part number ADX73350939. If they offer a new part number, please feel free to check back with us. Good luck with your repair!

They had it on the computer and it was just too easy. What took the longest was the removable of the frozen food items and the drawers in the Bottom Freezer sect

No tools required, it was a little difficult pulling old gasket out but once you get it started part way out it will come out real easy. By the time you get the old gasket out the new gasket will be warm and easy to get started into the groove it pops into. Start

Your all done. This is a job I went into a little nervous thinking I might be calling a service man out to fix, but it turned out to be really easy.
I actually watched a YouTube video for LG refrigerators. The hardest part was taking the wire harness out. Mine was really stuck in there. But got it, put the new switch in and viola it worked. Yay!
