Hello Daniel, Thank you for the question. If the compressor is running normally and both fans are running, we suggest testing the Thermistor to check for continuity. We hope this helps!

Ice maker not getting water . Dis[pences drinking water ok?
For model number 79551833412
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your question. Before inspecting the refrigerator to see what is causing this issue, unplug it from the electrical outlet. Then check the fill tube and the fill cup area at the back of the ice maker to make sure that they are not frozen. If there is an ice buildup in that area, confirm no foreign objects have disrupted the flow of water into the fill cup. Inspect the outlet tubing from the fill valve to the ice maker fill tube for any signs of restrictions. If you find any issues while performing the checks above, you will need replacement water fill tubes. If the water lines and the fill cup are fine, then you will need a replacement ice maker. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

freezer not freezing, no ice build up on coils, compressor working, fans working?
For model number 79551833412
Hello Cesar, thank you for getting in touch. Since the compressor and fans are working fine, we would recommend checking the main electronic control board, part number PS11732700, to solve the problem. It manages the functions of the refrigerator such as cooling and defrost times. Glad to be of assistance!

Refrigerator Ice maker quit producing ice.
This repair was easy. The ice maker assembly is basically a plug and play unit that requires first removing the ice bucket as described inside the freezer door. Next, remove several screws the support the unit, then gently lifting the ice maker assembly out, just far enough to access the 2 electrical plugs that operate the unit. Caref

ully unplug the old unit and remove it. Next, plug the new unit and then reverse the disassembly process. I could have done this in 10 minutes had I not been careful not to break anything. No special tools are required.

Ice chute would not open.
Removed ice dispenser and display with small screwdriver from front of the fridge. Pried out the whole piece slowly. This exposed the motor that activates the chute. Plugged in the new motor before any removal to verify the motor was the problem. When it worked, removed old and installed new. 3 screws. Piece of cake.
