Hello and thank you for writing.
The water inlet valve PS11766581 is in the back section of your refrigerator and will need to be pulled out from the fridge wall. Make sure to disconnect both the water and power supply before starting your repair. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
Hello Taj, thank you for your question. If the icemaker is not making ice the issue would be with the water supply to the icemaker, which is the water valve PartSelect Number PS11766581 or the icemaker itself, PartSelect Number PS12078379. We would recommend testing the valve first and if that is fine, the icemaker would have to be replaced. I hope this helps.
The flow tube keeps freezing up not allowing the ice tray to fill..help
Hello Dennis and thanks for writing.
A refrigerator ice maker that freezes up can be caused by a frozen ice maker fill tube, faulty water inlet valve, too low freezer temperature setting, or a water filter that needs replacing. First, locate the water supply to your ice maker and turn off the water supply via the shut off valve. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

I paid for the expedited shipping and they sent me a cheap knockoff attempt at the part that had the wrong size hole. So they refunded me the money I paid for the part but not the shipping, and then I crushed the part they sent me with a hammer and threw it away.
