Need a new oven heating element

Showed a F10 code on stove an smell like something got hot an now the oven or broiler won't heat up can it be fixed or is it shoot

Thank you for your question. The F10 error code indicates that the oven senses that the temperature is outside the safe operating range. This may be caused by normal use, loose or faulty wiring connections, power surges, or you may have a malfunctioning temperature sensor or electronic control board. To see if you can remove the code, hit the off/clear button on your control panel. Then unplug your range from the electrical outlet for a few minutes and plug it back in. Then turn the oven on. If the error code reappears, check the temperature sensor to see if it is operating normally. The oven temperature sensor monitors the oven temperature and signals the electronic control board to turn the elements on and off. Before removing this part from the oven and testing it for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting, unplug the oven from the electrical outlet. This test needs to be done with the sensor at room temperature to produce accurate results. The reading should be between 1080 and 1100 ohms. If you get any other reading, you need a replacement temperature sensor. If the sensor is fine, you will need to check the electronic control board. If it shows any signs of damage, wear, scorching, or burn marks, it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps with the repair!
