PF alarm appeared on display. Noticed clicking when cord was moved. Had arced for some time and melted original block. New part slightly different. Only has 3 lugs, old one had six. My husband ruined the old latch by trying to shut the door too hard, and the old latch fell down into the inside of the dryer.

I took the new latch out of the package and snapped it into place. It took about 15 seconds, and that included the walk to the laundry room!

Dryer door would not close, part had broke and fallen in. Once part was received it took less than an minute to put the new one in and I was back in business.
