Can I purchase a replacement part for the side piece that pulls the rack n and out? Can I purchase a whole new upper rack for this model ?

Hi Ruth, thank you for reaching out. Yes, you can purchase these parts. The upper dish rack support rail for your model is part number PS11741377 and the upper dish rack assembly is part number PS11753469. We hope that helps!
It was very easy to pry off the old wheel assemblies with a screwdriver and pop the new ones in place. Although the part is called "wheel" it is actually the plastic piece containing two wheels. I thought it was a little confusing to just call it "wheel" as each piece has two wheels. It was an easy repair.
