When running with Sani-Wash, frequently will not complete the cycle. If it does, the Sanitized light is flashing and the clean button is yellow, not green. Without Sani-Wash turned on, still does not complete the cycle at times, and if it does, the clean light is yellow, not green.

Hi our dishwasher has stopped washing very well, it leaves lots of soap residue on all our plastics and pots and pans. It seems ok with stainless bowls and glassware. Maybe not rinsing. We recently changed the element. No soap left in the dispenser.

Thank you for your question. If you are not using rinse aid, soap residue may remain on your plastic containers and pots and pans. If rinse aid is not released into the dishwasher, then you will need to replace the rinse aid cap, part number PS11746426. We hope this helps!
Water does not seem to be coming into the machine so not washing properly. I have checked the stop on the input and that is open. Float is clean and grease free. What's next?

Won't start. Clean light blinks 7 times. Happened about a week ago, managed to reset control board, ran fine for a week. Just happened again last night.

The 7-blink clean light on your dishwasher indicates a fault with the turbidity sensor or the main control board has detected that the water is not reaching the expected temperature during the cycle, and it locks out to protect the unit. Check the turbidity sensor, part number PS11757214. It is a sensor that monitors water clarity inside the dishwasher. The fact that a reset cleared it for a week before returning strongly suggests an intermittent issue rather than a complete failure, which is consistent with a dirty or failing turbidity sensor. If the sensor is working, the issue could be with the heating element, part number PS11748194, not heating the water properly. The heating element at the bottom of the tub may have burned out or broken. Unplug the dishwasher, remove the bottom rack, and visually inspect the element for cracks or blisters. You can check its continuity using a multimeter; a healthy element should typically read between 10 to 30 ohms. We hope this is what you were looking for!

Pulled dishwasher from under counter, attached link to spring, hooked spring back into frame/chassis, threaded link through pulleys, attached other end of link onto door, reinstalled dishwasher under counter. All's well. Note-I purchased an extra link anticipating that the other one will fail. They're cheap enough.

First remove the water from the dishwasher pan that would not drain with a wet/dry vac. Otherwise the water will all drain on the floor when you remove the pump. Then remove the two screws on the kickplate on the front of the unit below the door. Remove the kickplate/maintainence access cover. The drain pump is on the right about 8 inches in. Using two hands you grasp the drain pump with your right hand and use the left hand to push the retaining clip down. Then the drain pump will rotate 1/4 turn counterclockwise and can be removed without pulling the dishwasher out. There is likely to be some water leak out that was traped in the pump housing that you can not reach with the vac. Disconnect the wire. Connect the wire to the new pump, put it in place and 1/4 turn clockwise to install it. Replace the kickplate and you're done.
