Sprayer not spraying. There is pressure. What could be the problem?
For model number 61800
Hello Leo, thank you for the question. Remove the nozzle from the wand. Flush wand, shut-off and nozzle with clean, cold water. The valve is located inside the handle, so the first step is to depressurize the sprayer and release all liquid from the wand. Pull handle straight until it pops off. Underside of lever has 4 notches which is a tool for removing plunger. Insert notches into grooves and turn counterclockwise to unscrew plunger. Remove plunger. Remove rubber diaphragm. Clear debris from shut-off valve body. Replace diaphragm. For best results, flip diaphragm from the original position. Replace plunger. Tighten until flush to top of shut-off body. Do not over-tighten or unit may not spray. To replace handle slide forks under the plunger, push handle down until it snaps into place. Remove complete nozzle assembly, disassemble and clean openings of any obstructions. If this does not help, you may need to replace the shut off assembly, part number PS10290391. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!
