Original Blender Jar fell apart

I didn't realize there was a spoon in the blender and it made a total racket as the blades and housing were falling apart. The blender jar, blades and housing are all one piece so my less than 2 month old blender was completely trashed. Replaced jar read more

The washer of the spindle in the center of the jar is worn out and fluid leaks from jar.
