4838 Grill - Overview

The purpose of a vaporiser bar is to distribute the heat evenly and prevent grease drippings from reaching the burner tubes which prevents flare-ups. Unfortunately, over time the vaporiser bar will rust and require replacement. This part is made of a high-quality metal and is sold separately.

This handle is an authentic replacement part sourced straight from the original equipment manufacturer. It is compatible with over 100 models of grills. This handle is made of plastic and it should be replaced if it is damaged. It is sold individually.

It is generally utilized to keep the vegetables and the breads toasty while the main course is searing on the lower deck. The special briquet grate is used to support the ceramic briquets that provide a unique cooking experience and flavor.
