For model number 463364824
Hi Bruce, thank you for contacting us. The most common reason a grill igniter fails to click is a missing, dead, or incorrectly oriented battery inside the pulse module. Ensure a fresh battery is installed with the positive end facing outward toward you. Screw the battery cap tightly; if it is too loose, it will not complete the circuit to trigger the click. Ensure the wires leading into the back of the switch module are pushed all the way onto the metal prongs until they seat firmly. Wipe the inside of the battery chamber with a dry cotton swab. We hope this information helps!
