This is a genuine Char-Broil replacement part, it is sold individually. This is the part of the Grill that the flame is coming from on your Gas Grill. Depending on your grill you may have 3 or 4 of these. To connect these to your grill, place the flat side of the Burner in the rear side of the firebox in the slots provided. The front of the burner will connect to the Electrode W/ Wire/Collector. They will connect to the Hose Valve Regulator, and then the Control Knobs will be attached, so the flame can be controlled. This part includes one threaded pin and one cotter pins.

Comes with 2 cotter pins. Carryover tubes connect the gas grill burners and carry the flame from one burner to the next. Over time, your carryover tubes may rust or warp. This would be the time to replace them.

If the burner won't light, first clean the electrode and check that it's aligned. If the problem persists, replace the igniter electrode. This item will provide an identical replacement for the original part that was installed on a new unit. Refer to the diagrams of your model for the correct installation of this component. Note, one durable ceramic electrode with an attached wire is included. Replacing it is a simple task that only requires a screwdriver.

This locking caster is sourced from the original equipment manufacturer for use with outdoor grills. It consists of a wheel, with a diameter of 3 inches, and a metal bracket that allows for easy transportation and positioning. It also includes a locking mechanism that prevents unintentional movement of the grill. Over time, the caster may break, corrode, or fall out of alignment, thereby causing instability, failure of the locking system, and potential accidents. The caster will also need to be replaced if it is jammed or stripped. To replace a defective caster, prop the grill up and use a wrench or screwdriver to turn and remove the caster mounting bolt. Remove any dirt and debris in the area and align the new caster with the mounting hole. Turn the caster until it is firmly locked in place to complete the repair.
