My refrigerator is having water drip from the back panel plug also the ice maker seems to be froze up with solid ice. We recently defrosted the unit and this happened a few hours after plugging it back in. Any ideas of why this might happen?

Hello Danielle, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we would recommend checking the water line, part number PS429430, to fix the issue. If the water line is shoved too far down into the valve, it can actually cause an unwanted splash-back that allows water into parts of the freezer where it does not belong. This can create unwanted freezing throughout your freezer and water leaking down the back. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
