My info panel only flashes F- Doesn’t change temps or display temps
Chris Boyle Profile
Hello Linda, thank you for getting in touch. It sounds like you accidentally put the unit in service mode when trying to change the temperature type. First, unplug the freezer for 10 minutes, restore power, and then try to set the temperature display type following the directions below: During normal operation, the control displays the temperature inside the freezer in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. To change the reading from Fahrenheit to Centigrade or from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, press and hold the alarm reset button and the down arrow simultaneously until the control panel beeps. If the control still does not respond properly after restoring power to the unit, then the control board, part number PS3493021, has failed and needs to be changed. We hope this information is useful!

The door to soft freeze was broken off

Very easily. Just had to remove the door bin/shelf unit by lifting it up and out. Then set in the new one. Took longer to empty and replace the items in the bin and on the shelf. This was a no brainer. What was important was how helpful the gentleman who found the item to order, when it wasn't easily found. I do not think this is wor th posting, but I did want to complement the the man who took the order.
