Hi James, thank you for contacting us. You may need to check the thermistor, part number PS977306, to fix the issue. It senses the temperature inside the freezer and sends information to the electronic control board. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Computer went out on freezer - freezer stopped cooling

Ordered a new computer board. Popped the old one off and put the new one on, plugged the freezer in and set freezer levels. Easy Peasy!
