Hi Fermin, thank you for getting in touch. The evaporator motor for your model is part number PS2363959. If the fan motor is noisy, we would recommend checking if the fan blades if they are stuck. If the blades are okay, then you may need to replace the motor to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

My unit is working fine, but it is losing space because it needs to be defrosted. How do I defrost it?
For model number 25321742510
Hi Steve, thank you for your inquiry. To defrost your upright freezer, you must unplug the unit from the wall outlet and allow the heavy ice accumulation to melt naturally. Because your specific model is a manual-defrost unit, it does not clear frost automatically; failing to defrost it when ice reaches 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick restricts your storage space and forces the compressor to work harder. Prop the door wide open to let the ambient, room-temperature air melt the ice layers. Scrape loose ice chunks away using only a plastic spatula or an old plastic card. Once the frost has completely melted, mix one tablespoon of baking soda with four cups of warm water to wipe down the inside walls and shelves. Dry the interior thoroughly with a clean cloth. Also, check the door gasket, part number PS11770428. If the door gasket is loose or is cracked warm air will enter the freezer causing more ice buildup. Glad to be of help!

Coming from the refrigerator, there was an intermittent "clicking noise", occurring about every 30 seconds. The frig. eventually failed .
I removed the back cover and removed the clip holding the compressor- run capacitor and start relay. I replaced these 2 components and clean the dust from the frig., and from the bottom of the floor. I replaced the back cover ; Loss about $300 worth of meat when when the frig. failed. Then I thought that, during these turbulent times,

While defrosting freezer tossed the drain plug with ice and water into the sewer system.
Opened mailer and bag and place the drain plug into the drain. fit perfectly. In fact it is better than the one lost since the original needed a screwdriver or tool to remove the plug. This one has a flang or finger turner on it so that it can be removed. Also, does not interfere with items in bottom of freezer.
