I got an alarm which means low battery but after replace it the freezer doesn´t run, then I took the battery out and it works perfectly. I started the freezer without battery then installed it and it keeps working until stops. any idea on what's going on?

What does the Alternating E and Temperature mean. Which Freezer Electronic Control Board needs to be replace? When I press the reset the freezer shuts off.

Hello Charlie, thank you for reaching out. Alternating E shows the alternating current, while temperature means the degree or intensity of heat present in a substance. It is normal for freezer to shut off when we try to reset it. If the issue still persists, you may need to replace the electronic control board, part number PS976382. Glad to be of assistance!
My freezer’s alarm goes off about every 8 hrs. After pushing the reset on the front panel it continues to blink like the battery needs replaced. It blinks temp and “b”.The battery has been replaced SEVERAL times. Any idea on how to fix it?

I bought the freezer second hand, When I really started using it all the time it was inconvenient for the single items to reach down in three feet of larger frozen items.

Only took a couple days and my new basket was here. I am so pleased I ordered a second one.
We ordered the part, which was a key, tied it on the freezer door handle, locked the door and voila, the problem was fixed. (We still have the children. :-)
