Nut-flglk 5/16-18
Part #712-04063
This nut is a manufacturer-approved replacement part for various lawn and garden equipment. It is sold individually, not as part of a kit or assembly. Also referred to as a Lock Nut, it is resistant to loosening when threaded on a bolt. It has a variety of applications and is used in multiple locations on most models. Please refer to your owners manual to determine the exact location. While made of durable metal, the ends can round off from improper use of a wrench or socket. To complete this repair, you will need a wrench or socket, and a torque wrench. Ensure you torque the bolt according to the manufacturer recommendations. Customers rate this repair as Easy.

Log Splitter Spider Bushing
Part #735-04103
This rubber and plastic spider bushing is a genuine OEM part for various makes of log splitters and is sold as an individual part. Measuring at approximately 2-inches by 2-inches, this bushing is attached to the motor or drive shaft and is used to support the rotating shaft and other components, all while allowing smooth rotation and proper alignment. The spider bushing rides between the couplings, connecting the engine and the hydraulic pump. If you notice excessive vibrations from the motor, check the drive motor shaft for a cracked bushing or couplings, since they work together and are often replaced at the same time.

Log Splitter Coupling – Part Number: 718-04392

This coupler connects the engine or motor to the hydraulic pump in your lawn equipment. It has a 0.5-inch inside diameter and is typically located near the rear coupling support bracket. If the coupler is broken, you will notice excessive play, cracks, or a loss of power transmission. Failure to replace a broken coupler can result in reduced power, poor operation, or complete equipment failure. To remove the coupling from your machine, remove any retaining bolts, screws, or clamps securing it in place using a wrench or socket. Afterward, gently wiggle or twist the coupling to release it. This replacement part is sourced directly from its original equipment manufacturer and is sold individually.
Log Splitter Back Plate – Part Number: 781-0790A-0637
$58.24
In Stock
Log Splitter Back Plate
Part #781-0790A-0637
This back plate, also known as a wedge plate, is sourced directly from the manufacturer for use in log splitters. It is a flat, metal plate found at the rear end of the machine, with a length of 8 inches and a width of 2 inches. It provides support and stability to the log splitter during use. The plate may fail due to excessive stress, physical damage, or corrosion. If the plate has cracks, or bends, the log splitter will become unstable and unsafe to operate. The internal components of the log splitter may also fall out of alignment and cause further damage to the equipment. Use a wrench to remove the fasteners that secure the plate to the log splitter frame. Clean the mounting area and install the new plate. Reinstall the fasteners and be careful not to overtighten them as this can damage the surface of the plate.

Trimmer Bearing Seal Only – Part Number: 921-0168
$13.00
In Stock
Trimmer Bearing Seal Only
Part #921-0168
This grease seal, also known as an oil seal or a shaft seal, in your log splitter or chipper shredder serves as a protective barrier. It keeps lubrication inside the bearings and stops dirt from entering them. It is commonly located in the wheel hubs or axle assemblies of your machine. A broken grease seal leads to contaminated bearings. Your machine will then undertake more friction and can overheat, reducing its performance. You will need a seal puller or a flathead screwdriver to pry a grease seal out of your machine. When installing the new grease seal, apply a thin layer of lubricant to its inner surface before pressing it into its housing. Please be informed that this OEM-certified component is sold individually.
