$8.68
Special Order
Stud, Rib Neck, 7/16-14 x 1.6
Part #710-0852
This ribbed-neck stud in your lawn equipment is a threaded bolt that attaches to the wheel hub. It may also be referred to as a wheel stud. It secures the wheel to the hub and has a 7/16-inch diameter, a 14 threads per inch pitch, and a length of 1.6 inches. If the wheel feels loose or wobbles, the stud may be broken or damaged. Look for visible cracks, bends, or breaks in the stud. A broken stud can cause wheel misalignment or detachment and additional stress on the wheel assembly. To remove the stud, turn off the equipment, engage the safety mechanisms, and use a jack to elevate the equipment. Remove the wheel by loosening and removing the nuts, then slide it off the hub. With the wheel removed, use a hammer to drive the stud out of the hub. You need to use a press to install the new stud. When replacing the studs in your machine, consult your user guide to ensure you purchase the correct number of studs as they are sold individually.
