Over time, it is common for the filter to become clogged with dirt/debris or damaged, resulting in less fuel entering the engine, engine misfiring, stalling, and overall lower performance from your equipment. To replace the faulty fuel filter, first disconnect the fuel lines with pliers or a clamp tool and then pull out the old filter. Install the new filter into the housing and reattach the fuel lines to complete your repair.
