Had to locate your website because the universal knobs at the major stores didn'te work. I received them quickly and simpal install.

Less than 15 mins

Took knobs out of package, put them on surface burner. "D" side to "D" side. Very simple. Waited too long to look for the real thing. Problems everyday with the "universal" knobs sold in hardware stores. This site is only place I found the original replacement.
