Washer has sd code and will not spin

Good Day Laurie. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number 11028102310). Based on our research, the SD error code indicates suds have been detected in your washer. We recommend that you use a HE low sudsing detergent. This code can also indicate that there are too much soap or the wrong kind of soap was used in the washer (we suggest reviewing the owner's manual for more information in regards to this). Finally, this code could be an indication that the drain pump is restricted or the drain hose is kinked. We hope this helps! Best Regards.

Hello Moises, thank you for a very interesting question. We have researched your model and found that the issue is probably with the Drain Hose. Check to make sure the drain hose isn’t clogged. If that does not take care of the issue, then the problem is most likely to be related to the Drain Pump, part number PS11754363. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!

It is not the too much suds thing. It is the part that makes the drum spin. It agitates but fails the spin cycle. The drum sits on the piece that locks into the drum to make it spin. I need that part only

This washer really smells. I see residue building up around the outer ring of the tub. I use the recommended washing machine cleaner. Can we take it apart and see where the smell is coming from. Thank you.

It keeps giving a uL code, is there a belt or something that may have come loose? The tub is moves a lot more now. The only way it does not give the code is if it is empty. I didn't see a belt on the drawings, but the tub is very unstable

Hello Paul, thank you for contacting us. If uL appears in the display, the load is out of balance. The washer is running a load-balance correction routine. Allow the washer to continue. If the dial is flashing and the washer has stopped, redistribute the load, close the lid, and press the start button. If the problem persists, you may need to replace the suspension rod kit, part number PS2355518. We hope this solves your problem!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Lid Lock broke
Followed video from you tube. Man made it look very easy. Not! Hole that lock has to come through in back was very tricky. Also, DO NOT THROW OUT OLD PART UNTIL NEW ONE IS INSTALLED. The reason for that is there is a CLIP at the end of the old part that is needed to attach new part to wire section in control panel. NO WHERE is it mentioned at you got the clip from the old part. Luckily we saved it. Without that clip, you are screwed.
