How do I clean the super gross ice chute assembly?

Ice dispenser in door not always dispensing ice

Hello Bruce, thank you for writing. It may not be faulty, just need some attention. Pull out your ice maker and check for clumps near the bottom of the bin or even inside the dispenser itself that will prevent dispensation. Or, the Drive Shaft Seal PS11739241 protects the auger motor from water and condensation that may leak down the drive shaft from the ice bucket. If the seal is broken, water and condensation can get in, causing the ice maker to fail. To replace the seal, first remove the ice bucket from your freezer.
