This Ni Nut-Lock, or Nylock Nut, is a Silver 1/4 x 20 metal nut. Sold individually, it can be adjusted using a wrench or socket and torque wrench to the manufacturer specfications, and is used to secure the sheer pin in place, on the impeller assembly. These nuts are a one-time use part due to their locking mechanism. You'll know the nut has broken when it appears to have damaged threads or rounded off edges. Customers found this to be an easy repair.

This ignition key is used in lawn equipment to start and stop its engine. Inserting the key into the ignition switch activates the starter motor. Thus, it is a safety device which prevents accidental or unauthorized use of the equipment. A broken key might be loose or hard to turn. In some cases, it might have completely fallen out of the switch. Without the ignition key, it will be difficult or impossible to start the engine. Locate your ignition key by reading your user manual. To remove a stuck ignition key, you may need to use a small amount of lubricant on it. While turning the key in the ignition switch, gently wriggle it back and forth. There may also be a release button that you could press, depending on your model type.
