Attaches to the Switch Rod,the Switch Rod then attaches to the Switch. The Switch Slide is pressed forward which pulls the Switch Rod forward and activates the Switch. After the Grinder is in operation, you can press down on the Slide Switch to lock the Grinder in the on position. To unlock the Switch Slide, simply press on it and it will stop the Grinder.
