MK Diamond Carbon Brush Set This is a manufacturer sourced replacement part used on a MK Diamond tile saws. It includes two (2) carbon brushes with lead wires and springs attached. Carbon brushes are one of the most commonly replaced power tool components. Because carbon brushes are wear items, meaning that through friction and use they will gradually wear away, they will eventually require replacement. It is recommended to replace both brushes at the same time. You would need a screwdriver and pliers to complete this job. • First remove screw holding the cover • Remove the housing/cover to gain access to armature and brushes • Remove the old brush • Install the new brush • Reassemble and test your tool
