Step #1: Use the guide below to find your dryer model number

  • On the back exterior of the unit
  • Near the front of the cabinet side
  • On the cabinet frame, inside the door
  • On the inside of the door

Washer-dryer Combo

  • At the top of the unit in the front
  • On the inside of the dryer door
  • On the door frame
  • Under the washer lid (inside the door on front-loading washers)
  • On either side of the exterior, at the base of the unit

Gas Clothes Dryer

  • Behind the front access panel

Step #2: Search with your Model Number to find your part!

Sample Model Number Tags

Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
