Band Saw Belts

The purpose of the Blade Pulley Tire is to keep the blade tracking correctly. Over time they will become brittle or stretched out. You then will have the problem of the blade coming off the pulleys or not tracking properly. The tires simply stretch onto the pulleys. No tear down of any parts is needed.

This matched set includes two V-belts that move power from the motor to the band saw wheels. Both belts are 1/2 inch wide. One is 41 inches long, and the other is 59 inches long. The different sizes are needed for the saws drive system. Use the complete saw model, type, and serial number to guarantee the proper fit. New belts may look smaller than the old belts because used belts stretch over time. Unplug the saw and follow the belt-routing diagram before installation.
