Water is leaking on to fridge shelves.
For model number FGTR1845QF3
Hello Connie, thank you for contacting us. There can be multiple reasons behind such water leaks. The most probable cause is a blocked defrost drain. The defrost heater melts the built-up ice and the resulting water should be drained through the defrosting drain. When blocked, the water remains inside and eventually appears under the shelves and on the floor. A defective crisper pan (part number: PS429854) can also cause a leaking water problem. A faulty defrost heater can also cause the problem by building up the ice on the coils of the evaporator. We hope this sorts out your problem!

The Crisper Drawer Glass Shelf slid out of the frame while being cleaned and shattered.
The repair didn't require any tools at all. Just simply slide the new glass shelf carefully into the the frame and while holding it horizontally slide the frame back into the rails. This took less than a minute to accomplish. Very satisfied with the results.

My fridge temp was warm. Freezer temp was ok, but fluctuated some.
I checked the dampener, it worked. The compressor and fan worked. I knew because my freezer was still hovering around 10 degrees. Coils were clean. Thermistor was the only thing it could be. Took all my shelves out. Removed four screws. Took the back panel off. The thermistor sits tucked in on the side. I piped it out, in clipped it. Used

my multimeter to test the numbers. Numbers were off just a bit. Ordered the part. Crossed my fingers.,took less then 5 minutes to put the part in. Plugged in the fridge. It was sitting at 33 degrees in about an hour and a half. I can’t believe I fixed it. I knew NOTHING about refrigerators. For how big my fridge is, it would have cost 3,000 and up to get a new one with the same cu ft size. Instead, it cost me $44. That includes shipping. Thank you Parts Select!! Made it so easy to pick the correct part for my model fridge!

Glass shattered
Don't ever tell your 11 year old to clean the refridgerator. Something will almost definetly get broken like the glass shelf, but luckily I had parts select which in no time assisted me to find the exact part. I ordered the part, it came quickly and I replaced within seconds.
Thanks.
