Do these units have a remote that can be programmed to it?

Hi Stephanie, thank you for the question. According to our research, your model does not come with a remote control. The temperature control and other settings in your model are done by the auxiliary control set, located behind the room cabinet, below the control panel. We hope this information is useful!

Step 1: un-plug unit and remove front cover Step 2: remove the (4) four screws holding the air conditioner unit in the wall and pull the air conditioner unit out of wall (takes 2 people) Step 3: remove screws holding the shroud and the bracket for the fan Step 5: remove screw holding fan blade from motor Step 6: install new shroud and screw that holds the shroud to bracket Step 7: reinstall the new shroud and and then reverse the process putting the screws back in place and reinstall the unit back into the wall
