The temperature in the refreezer and refrigerator was slowly getting warmer although the condensor motor was running continually.
Unplug the refrigerator and remove frozen food, shelving, light and back panel inside the freezer section to expose the cooling coils. The coils were completely iced over. Using a wet dry vacuum to discharge the air toward the coils quickly melted the ice. The trouble shooting section on your website described my problem and I bought both items which were the most common problem. Using the video(s) e-mailed to me when purchasing the parts provided great information regarding details for the repair. After replacing both parts the refrigerator is working great having spent just under $25.00.

Ice Funnel on/off lever broken
Removed the trim around the entire opening. Be very careful. The trim is held in place with 4 pressure "prongs" on each side and 2 at the top which can easily break (I broke 4 of the 10 not knowing this). Two are 1/2" from the top and bottom, the other two are at about 1/3 from the top and bottom. There is a slot on either side under the bottom of the trim. Insert a screw driver in one and carefully pry the side up enough to slide a knife or putty knife under the trim and press the first "prong" to release the trim. Release the remaining three, then the 2 at the top. The trim should come off then, but if not you may have to release the 4 on the other side.

Next remove the control module which is also held in place by 2 prongs on the bottom. Insert a long screw driver behind the module to release the prongs and release the module. Alternatively, press down on the top side very carefully to avoid breaking the plastic until it releases. Remove the electrical sockets from the circuit board to get the board out of the way. I could not get the larger one to release so I taped a folded paper towel over the circuit board to avoid shocking or damaging the board as it hung there while I did the rest of the work.

Remove the 4 screws holding the ice funnel unit. Remove the unit and release the tension on the spring ASAP because the plastic “plate” above it that helps hold it in place is thin and fragile. (The corner of the plastic plate cracked and bent upward on mine so that I feared it was going to break off altogether when I put the tension back on the spring. So, I laid a 4" metal strap over it and secured it with 5 large paper clips to stabilize it. So far it is working.)

Remove the old funnel and install the new one.

Reassemble everything.

Fridge/Freezer stopped working
The Part Select videos made the repair super easy. Monkey see -monkey do. One thing that should be stated more strongly is that you need to UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE SO YOU DON'T SHORT OUT THE MOTHERBOARD. Accidentally shorting out the motherboard makes the repair much more expensive.

The freezer part of fridge was frosting up inside the freezer. Food was starting to thaw.
I went on Parts Select and typed in the problem, and they gave me the parts that might be the problem. So, I ordered the two parts, and put them in. Was really easy, as there are videos on parts select to help you remove the part and put the new one in. So simple. My freezer is working right now, so time will tell.

No ice or water from the dispenser
After replacing the pump in the back of the fridge with no luck I finally decided that it had to be up front. So I ordered the front cover, Ice maker, a new auger and the water dispenser control. For a semi-novice the whole repair was not complicated, my wife had to provide an extra pair of hands to get the ice maker unplugged from inside the freezer but after that it was smooth sailing. Just make sure you look at the water feed tube in the back of the freezer to determine if it's plugged.

Water would not shut off but ice would make ice.
I removed the front panel from water dispensor placing a very small screwdriver in the three small holes under the panel. It came free and then I was able to get to the solenoid and switch easily. However, my problem was not solved. It turned out to be the secondary water valve in the back of the unit, which is also an easy repair. The problem with repairs like this is you don't know if you're buying the right part until after you have installed it. Returning the parts are easy except for electrical parts which they won't take back once unstalled. All the parts were delivered the next day, although it said 3 to 5 business days.

refrigerator would not despense water
the old dual inlet water valve was 2 years old and stop despense water. this is not the fist time that i changed the valve so i know when the frigerator is not despense water it s time to change the valve. and its simple shut off water supple to frigertor, pull the electrical plug. remove all the screws from back of back panel, the dual inlet valve is located at the bottom left side remove the inlet water supple line, unscrew the bolt holding the valve in place disconnect the two electrical connection from valve and remove the two water lines(one black and the other white) these two water lines have a push in fitting just push in each line at same time hold in the white collar while pull out the water line. with the new valve install both water lines by pushing them in the black line is larger in diameter that goes into the larger valve connector and the white goes into the smaller diameter connector. then connect to electrical connector these can not be mixed up because the red excepts the larger terminals and the white connects to the smaller connectors. place the dual inlet into a manufacture whole and bolt it back onto the frame of frigertor, connect to water line onto the valve, turn on water supply, check for water leaks. if all looks ok replace back panel, plug in electrical cord. your ready to go.

Pieces of plastic shards dispensed with ice
Followed the video provided by PartSelect. It was very helpful. The most difficult step was removing the ice crusher unit. The instructions say to use the putty knife to depress the tabs while pressing on the bottom of the crusher to release it. The tabs are much tighter than indicated, and there is no easy place on the bottom of the crusher to apply pressure. Even though the unit was thoroughly thawed, there was still slight cracking of the plastic housing. Really needed a second set of hands. Once the crusher is released, replacing the crusher cover was literally a snap and now the entire unit works like new. Saved me a couple of hundred bucks.
