Undid nut on old spray arm and changed water tube hook (it snaps on to rack) installed new one pice tube through hook and set spray arm in place and tightened down the nut. Easy.

Super easy. Only one screw, it took 5 minutes.

The package came with three parts, I only needed the one. It took maybe three seconds to slip the seal on. I didn't remove the wracks, dishes, or door. I just slipped it on, put in some soap, and ran a load, which from the three of four days without I needed to do.

I followed the steps shown in the accompanying video. The local repair man wanted $50.00 for the service call plus $65 for the repair plus the cost of the part w/ markup. Estimated total would have been over $150. My cost was 25% of that total and I got it done quicker since the service man was too busy to come out right away without an additional emergency cost involved. Great parts dealer and technical assistance.

I found the part on the parts display, but somehow ordered the wrong part. It was clearly wrong, so I ordered the right part and followed the instructions on the packing slip to get a refund on the first part. I got a refund promptly from PartsSelect to my PayPal account. The Instant Repairman video was very, very helpful. The video said that the water tube was held in place with a split ring, so just open the split ring to remove the tube. My plastic ring was NOT split and I could not remove the old piece. The video gave me confidence to take a pair of pliers and cut my plastic ring and made it a split ring. This little modification made removal of the old piece and installing the new piece easy. That video was perfect for the job! The comments from previous parts users show that they, too, had to cut the ring, and that the new tube was not identical to the old tube. No sweat -- it works fine!

Easy repair. Parts snapped together easily. Directions were a bit cryptic but all turned out well. Definitely recommend.

It didn't take much to figure out how to assemble the rack. The cup rack actually mounted on the opposite side on mine. Still questioning whether I should have replaced the dishwasher considering what I spent on a wire rack.

Replaced the broken part and worn bushings.

Considered having it repaired because new part in did not look like original. Watched video in which he mentioned it had been replaced with a new part and did a quick how to. I ordered the replacement part and thanks to the information and video replaced the mount in 10 minutes. I'm not sure how much I saved, but am very glad I did it myself. Thanks.

I looked at the diagram that was supplied from your website, and replaced the respective parts in the same position and order as was shown. Easy.

The repair was fairly simple and made easier with an installation video. The repair went well and there's no more leak.

Looked up machines model/serial number. Went to pasrts explosion diagram. Matched parts needed. Did a internet search for parts. PartsSelect came up. Ordered parts. Received parts. Watched installation video on PartsSelect site....rolled up my sleves and did the work.Its was simple!
