Not draining
The dishwasher was making grinding noises and then stopped draining at all. I was able to follow the video directions and replace the parts from the drain and wash impeller kit, but it did not solve the problem. Must be the pump or something else. Was worth a try and partselect.com was good with service and price.

Water supply tube for upper rotating spray arm was broken/missing.
Found the water supply tube in the bottom of the dishwasher, decomposing and half-melted. Took a while to figure out what it was, where it came from. Found replacement parts I needed very quickly on this site. Removed existing hardware, installed new parts in their place. Quick and easy, all the way around.

Soapy spots remaining on dishes
I followed the directions of the repair video. It was almost right on. I had to use a needle nose plier to get the old shaft seal out of the bottom instead of a screw driver. And the video showed the wrong placement of the 2 check-balls in the bottom. They both sit together in the same pocket in my unit, not separated at each end of the water channel as in the video. The parts diagram is correct. Note that after doing this repair I ran 1 cycle of dishes then my water valve failed. So I had to replace that too. My machine now runs like new with all dishes coming out clean and sparkling.

Dishwasher not cleaning properly.
Watched a video online. Watching this video made me buy the parts. Very helpful. Unscrewed the spray arm, replaced the spray arm seal and wash arm bearing ring on the lower portion of the dishwasher. Removed the upper rack (per instructions on the video), unscrewed the upper spray ring and replaced the seal. Also cleaned the filter and removed debris from the spray arm. Dishwasher cleaning well again.

dishes weren't getting clean, dishwasher was making a racket
I removed the old nut and the wash arm, cleaned the screen, clipped the plastic circle into the arm, placed it on top of the screw and screwed in the new nut. Works great, nice clean dishes, and......no noise at all. Did this all myself, and ordered the part from you. The old nut was stripped. I almost bought a new dishwasher.

Needed to replace the water tube, especially, on the middle spray arm.
I watched the video and went to work on the project. I did come to a moment when I thought the mount component was different on my system relative to the replacement, but one more quick look at a point in the video and I was ready to finish the job. By the way, it was good to see even the demonstrator had a wee bit of a struggle with the stop clips. :o)
