This was so easy because I just did it 6 months ago only to have the same piece break. The piece is a $30 plastic cup at the back of the ice holder / dispenser. Pretty steep for a piece of plastic. I would have been even more frustrated if I'd paid a repair person to do it. Just remove the drawer and then the four screws for the cover. Then the once screw that holds the crushed ice lever in place. Push forward the ice screw mechanism and slip the drive cup in place. Reassemble quickly and everything is back to working condition. Let's hope it doesn't break again in another 6 months. I might be able to start doing this repair with my eyes closed.
