I have a jenn air cooktop black , the knobs come off and there is a black silicone gasket , where can i buy these at ? On one of the knobs the gasket is completely gone . One burner looks like its on because its lit up even though it cold to the touch. I have had this cook top for 20 + yrs , been the best stove i have ever had , recommendations please !!
For model number ccr467 Jenn Air
Hello Marty, thank you for your question. There is a little rubber grommet that goes between the knob and the switch it controls. That is part number Infinite Switch Grommet Part Number: PS11757586. If the rubber gasket is actually affixed to the knob itself, the knob itself would have to be replaced. I think the part you need is the grommet. I hope this helps!
