We had broken shelves.

Basically I just repaired the door shelves by replacing and snapping them into place. Very easy.

Right side drawer track broke

broken valve, water puddle on the floor

removal of the old valve to identify the problem took the most time. Once the new valve came it it was easy. NOTE: the old one had threaded connectors, and the new one is press/fit so the ends of the tubing need to be cut. The color coding and size matching are great.

The old support cracked and the drawer dropped when pulled out

1) Viewed the video 2) Got a screw driver 3) Removed the shelf/bracket assembly 4) Removed the old support 5) Reassembled and put back in place. It took longer to clean the dirty shelf than to fix the support. Very easy.

Frame for upper crisper was broken

My wife discovered the Parts Select website. I searched for and found our model number, found what I thought was the part I needed, called and the very professional lady confirmed I was correct. On Wednesday night 11/16/11 I ordered the part, paid for 3-5 day shipping, we were amazed when we received the part (less then 48 hours) on 11/18/11. It took less then 5 minutes to install. Water filter needed replacing

Loved the website. Easily found the part I needed. Filter received in two business days. Wow, really fast service. Replacing water filter was a piece of cake. Pulled out old filter, removed caps from new one and slid it into place. Will certainly look to this company for parts in the future.
