Side by side with ice & water in door NO WATER
I went to internet and reserched this site and put the model number in serch. Great site for instructions. I looked for the double valve and a union connector. Did not know what they looked like so I searched the detailed parts of the back of the ref. Looked at the video on how to install parts very easy. I ordered the parts. They came really fast within two days in the mail. The video told you what tools you would need to do the job. Pulled the ref out, set on the floor, undid the 6 or 7 screws from back panel and followed the instructions from video. The part itself had only 1 screw to remove. I'm 64 female and it was really easy and I now have water.

Door Was Not Closing
I watched the video on the website and the repair was done quickly and easily. Turned out I didn't need any parts because the spring that closes the door had somehow gotten out of place. Returned spring to proper position and the door now closes. Due to the door staying open the ice in the dispenser was melting and refreezing, thereby stopping the flow of ice. Without the video I wouldn't have attempted this repair.

Replaced Ice Maker Helix
I followed the directions written by others on this repair. The tip to take pictures of the blade assembly was very benficial. One very important point was left out. The latex nut on the end of the shaft is reverse threaded. Turn clockwise to loosen. My C-Clip, also known in my industry as an E-Clip, was tricky to remove. It required the use of a thin bladed screw driver and needle nose pliers. Use care in not deforming the latex nut. Additionally, remove the metal bar from the shaft in order to slide it into the slots on the Helix. My wife had to help me with the reassembly. The extra set of hands were needed to keep the alignment as the smaller unit was positioned into the outer case. Good Luck!

Freezer Kept defrosting
I looked at the video that came with the part and followed what i saw. My wife and i was about to go out and spend between $1500 and $2500 on a new refrigerator due to continuous defrosting. It had been happening for about a year. I followed the instructions from the video and the defrosting has stopped. Thanks so much for the video and the part! We do not need a new refrigerator after all.
