I ordered 8 new axles and used old wheels. I broke off the remaining axle parts left on the wire lower basket with just my hands, and then popped on the new axles. This was done without tools; just needed significant pressure to pop the axles onto the coated wire. The wheels popped onto the axles with a little pressure. Make sure you have the right side of the wheel out. I simply looked at the remaining working wheels before install began to make sure which side goes out. Very easy install.

Manually remove old tube and simply replace with new tube - no tools!

We have a remote cottage in Canada with a dishwasher over 30 years old. Since you have to get there by boat we didn't want to have to get a whole new dishwasher installed. The plastic rollers from the top shelf had fallen apart and the top rack would fall off all the time. My daughter found your company online and ordered the exact parts for me! I couldn't believe it. I removed the old, brittle and leaky water delivery tube by hand and at the outlet and at the inlet end, by cutting it away with an exacto knife. I then heated the new tube under hot water and coated each end with dishwasher soap. With only a modest amount of manipulation, both ends slipped easily into place and the hose was immediately secure and operable. My wife, who didn't witness my efforts, thought I was a genius.

Simply replaced the wheels/axiles and brackets using functioning ones as template. No problem at all.

I took out the bottom rack, turned it upside down, popped off the wheels and saved them and put on the new axles. It took a little doing to get the new axles snapped into place-they were stiff. I finally figured out how to use the pliers at the right angle to pop them on. Then the wheels popped right on and off I went.

Closed water supply--Turned circuit breaker off to dishwasher--removed lower panel on dishwasher--removed the two wires from water inlet valve--disconnected water supply line--removed angle fitting from old valve & installed in new valve--reinstalled new valve & connected water line & 2 wires--This fixed problem.

first-removed all axles from one side of rack. replace with new ones, replace rollers. repeat for other side of rack. VIOLA!!

I ordered all new axles even though not all of them were broken - I figured it was just a matter of time. Ordered one new roller because one was missing, and an extra one just in case. Removed all old rollers and axles. A couple of them did not want to come off, so I "hit" them with a screwdriver. Put on all new axles and replaced the rollers. The whole project took about 10 minutes. SUPER EASY. CHEAP FIX FOR MY OLD DISHWASHER.

The website had great pictures, I compared the wheels I had and the broken axles with the pictures, and picked what I thought would match. They were perfect. I used pliers to pop the axle on, and my fingers to put on the wheels. It works perfectly now

Tranfered wheels from old rack to replacement rack. Silverware caddy was a bit too big for the replacement. I gently bent the prongs on the rack a little and its fits perfect.

Followed instructions, those were OK.
Dishwasher front still leaking

I searched for the 18x5x5 insulation.,ordered it from Part Select. Waited. Company sent wrong part. Called, they gave me a refund, reordered, promised 2 day free shipping. Waited more than a week, paid for 2 day shipping. Received same, wrong part. Still don't have repair done. Looking elsewhere for part.

Repair was awful without instructions. Instructions were requested twice with no response. Attempted without instruction and broke the sleeve. Reordered but not through Partselect

Pulled off old tube and slipped on new one.
