The water despenser flow was slow.
Shut off water supply and disconnect water line. Remove the pannel on the lower back and disconect the water line from the water filter head. Remove the water line guide hole cover. Remove the water filter and the water filter enclosure which needs on tools to remove. Remove the two nut screws at the top with a ong 1/4 inch nutdriver or a 1/4 socket and a long extention. Pull water filter head and tubing out. Install the new water filter head with tubing. Be careful not to over tighten the nut screws holding the water filter head in place. Replace water filter and connect the tubing. Trun on the water supply and run water through the water despenser until no air comes out. Check for leaks. If there is no leaks replace the the water filter enclosure, the tubing guide hole cover, and the lower pannel on the back.

Ice dispenser stopped working. No sound made when pressing the switch to dispense ice.
It was simple just applied some common sense to trouble shoot and remove the motor from the housing in the back of the freezer. Then reverse the order when replacing. The part arrived in 1.5 days from when I placed the order. Joshua

Ice cubes were falling out of dispenser door
Upon inspection I discovered the Dispenser Crusher Cover was broken which allowed the ice to bypass the normal route. I went to your website and found a customer's testimony regarding a similar problem. It was titled "Noticed pieces of broken plastic in my ice cubes." I ordered a new Dispenser Crusher Cover, ran a copy of the testimony and waited for the part which came in within three days. I followed the instructions in the testimony and the problem was corrected in less than 30 minutes.

No water to door but ice maker works.
Just as described in earlier reviews, this was the filter housing unit and not the double water valve. To determine which part is failing bypass the water filter unit by disconnecting both water lines and connecting the fresh water line directly to the water valve. If this solves the problem, then you know for sure the filter housing is the problem. The filter housing has a very small tab that pushes open a rubber flap valve when a filter is installed. This allow you to remove the filter without turning off the water supply. Apparently only a very small amount of wear prevents the flap valve from opening fully and allowing water to flow. A small amount of water flow may be evident with the water dispenser but the ice maker will keep working until flow is completely interrupted. Easy fix.

The guide tab on the left side drawer slide rail was broken off and the drawer kept falling off the rail
This has been a problem for some time and had I known how simple it was to repair, I would have done it a long time ago. I followed the online instruction provided and had it done in under 15 minutes! I removed the upper drawer and shelf, the middle drawer and glass shelf, unscrewed the 2 screws holding the broken slide rail to the side of the refrigerator, applied the new slide rail in place of the old, replaced the glass shelves and drawers and that was it! Works like a charm!

Ice bucket auger was bent and front auger nut damaged
I saw the video on the Part select website how to replace the Auger and Auger Nut. I ordered the parts and proceeded with the installation which was relatively simple. The video was extremely helpful. I don't think I would have attempted the repair without it. Also Parts Select reps were extremely professional and made sure the parts were applicable to my model before shipping.
