The upper spray arm fell off and melted in dishwasher
unscrewed old nut, replaced it with the new nut and then inserted the upper spray arm into it.
It was great, and the dishwasher works perfectly again. I also want to mention that the part was received the day after I ordered it, I could not be more pleased. Thanks I would give the highest rating to the service.

Had to apply pressure on the door to get dishwaser to run. Also would stop in mid cycle.
I turned off the circuit breaker to the dishwasher. Next, I removed the inside door cover using a torx set (T-20) on 7 screws holding the panel on the door. Then I removed a couple of other snap on covers to get to the door latch assembly. I was able to determine that I had one out of two micro switchs bad (there was no mechanical clicking sound when I pushed on the switch). Replacing the one switch made the job so easy.

leak on right side of dishwasher door causing small pool of liquid on floor
before ordering parts i noticed lower right side of door gasket was missing about 1 inch. when ordering door gasket i thought for the low cost of latch grommet i should order that also....glad i did. pulled out old door gasket, cleaned where new gasket would go and replaced it. tried the washer and when it reached the main wash the leak started again. took the 7 screws out of door removed 2 nuts and replaced the dispenser door latch grommet.....problem solved. dont think because the old grommet looks fine that is not bad. im not a "repair kind of guy " but this was easy and toof 20 min.

Soap Dispenser did NOT automatically open during wash cycle
My dishwasher has always done a fanastic job of cleaning, even dried on food without rinsing. Now it began leaving stains in the cups and the door to the machine was staining too. I was sure the whole thing would need to be replaced. My 'fix-it' husband found your internet site with a little better price on the little motor part needed and it came in just a couple days. The actual cleaning and scrubbing of the dishwasher's surfaces probably took longer than installing the part. It seems to be working great right now, and it's still 18 years old! Thanks, Carole

Roller broke on RH side of upper dishwasher rack.
Roller broke on RH side of upper dishwasher rack. No roller replacement kits for this part were available. I purchased a roller for another model dishwasher. This roller came with a bracket that wasn't compatible with my dishwasher. I modified the bracket by cutting it with a utility knife. I also had to trim the hub of the roller about 1/4" I then used a 10-32 hex head screw and locknut and mounted the roller and trimmed bracket to the bracket on the dishwasher rack. Knowing what I have to do - the next time I do this it should take about 15 minutes.

Dishwasher would'nt start.
By troubleshooting the problem noticed the problem was with the door switch and holder assembly. One of the switches was worn out and the holder asembly was cracked. I removed 7 T20 screws found on the inside of the door, removed a black cover that was in there and under was the problem. I removed and replaced the door switches and holder assembly.

Thank you!

The door seal had detoriated and began to leak.
The door seal is easily removed just by pulling it from its groove. The new door seal can just as easily be pushed into its groove for the repair. All that was needed was to clean the surfaces thoroughly before replacing the seal

Detergent cup failed to open
Originally the dishwasher started to leak. I determined that it was coming from the door and upon further inspection found that the latch for the detergent cup seal was bad. I replaced that and the leak stopped however the lid would not open to dispense the detergent. So I also replaced the wax motor to correct that as well.
