Food Freezing In The Crisper Drawers
Watched the how-to video and then followed the steps. After unplugging the refrigerator I removed the main control board cover, disconnected the wiring plugs and the removed the old control board. Installed the new main control board, reconnected all the wiring plugs and re-installed the cover. Refrigerator has been working great since the repair.

frezzing up in the coil not defrosting
unpluged the fridg. let defrost.removed shelfs/removed screws on side rails that hold shelves /re moved back plate / unconected red and blue wires/two screws discnneted the unit. reverse steps 1 to 9. fride works perfect now

Ice dispenser door not closing after used
with a Philip screw driver push up the control module which have three holes by the push dispenser...changed the spring,dispenser door assembly/flapper,solenoid and recess crank.after putting everything back together dispenser works fine..

Replace ice maker
Removed new ice crusher motor which I had previously replaced. Then removed old ice maker (only two screws not totally taken out) -- installed new ice maker - plugged it in, turned it on -- reinstalled ice crusher motor and ice bucket -- plugged in refrigerator.

The Ice Maker stopped making Ice because the arm over the ice bucket which turned turned on the icemaker was broken
I read the step by step instructions that came with the part. I turned two screws and disconnected the electrical harness and Removed the icemaker. Two other parts from the old icemaker were easily removed without any tools and put on the new icemaker. The new icemaker was put in the same way the old one came out. I reconnected the electrical harness and tightened the old screws. The hardest part of the whole job was reading the directions. They were easy to follow if you take the time to Just read them!

auger had a broken blade
watched a utube on how to do and did it. took about a half hour.

Fridge not cold enough; frost forming in Freezer
I unplugged my fridge. Took out food and shelves. Unscrewed 3 top screws and two nuts to remove back panel. Started at the bottom and unscrewed 2 screws , took out heater then unscrewed the 2 screws on the top one and took it out. I used a blow dryer to defrost all of the ice on the coils. I put the new one in , bottom first, then tucked the wires, and then installed the top one. I unclasped the old thermostat on the silver coil/pipe and clamped the new thermostat on. Then I unplugged the wires from the old unit and plugged in the wires from the new one and put the hanging wires in the plastic clip at the top of the unit to keep them off the coils. I put the back panel back on, put the screws and nuts in, put shelves and food back in , and I was finished. It's working great now!!!

Initial Problem was no water coming out of door dispenser but found housing supporting the board and dispenser was broken
1. Water not coming out of water dispenser in door. 2. Watched video and did trouble shooting and found that the water was not getting from the rear to the line connection at the bottom of the freezer door (outside the door). Ordered and installed the Double Outlet Water Valve in the rear of the refrigerator. I checked to make sure the water pressure was good and it was. After installation I still could not get water at the dispenser. I disconnected the line connection at the bottom of the door again and had water to the connection but not up through the door. 3. I watched the tape and disassembled the dispenser mechanism. I found that the flapper valve was not closing properly. There was frost on the inside of the ice slide in side the freezer door and water and cold air was coming out the ice slide to the outside of the refrigerator door. 4. I tried to close the flap and use the push mechanism while it was disassembled and found that the dispenser housing shield was broken where the left spring is attached that operates the actuator (black) where you put your glass to dispense ice and water. I ordered that part. After ordering that, I watched another video and found out that the ice dispenser flapper needed to be replaced. I ordered the flapper, spring, solenoid, and recess crank. Once all the parts arrived, I installed then via the instructions from the video and some figuring it out. It did not say how to install the dispenser housing shield so I just reversed engineered it from how it came off. Once I got all parts on, I tried the water and it still did not work. I figured out that the water was still frozen about two inches inside the water line at the dispenser down to about 18 inches into the pipe. I used a hair dryer and tried to thaw it out. No luck. It was late so I quit working. the next morning I tried the water and it worked. Now everything works perfectly and no frost and no cold air coming out of the flapper. I concluded that the flapper malfunction caused the freezer air to blow on the water dispenser pipe therefore freezing it. Since I fixed the flapper, the line thawed overnight and is working great. I think the back double outlet water valve went bad because we kept pushing the lever to try to get the water to flow and eventually burned it out. That is a guess on my part. We should have watched the great videos before we did more damage. The videos are excellent and the repair was easy after the troubleshooting was complete. Good luck with your repairs.

Refrigerator side was not cooling
Removed the panel on the back wall inside the freezer side. To do this I unplugged the appliance, removed the racks, drawer, bulb and two screws holding the panel in place. The defrost cycle was not working so ice buildup on the coil was to the point of blocking air flow to the refrigerator side. I used a hair dryer set on high and stuffed two towels at the base of the coil to collect the melting frost and ice. Once the coil was clear of frost and ice I took the defrost timer off by sliding the clip off the tube, cut the wires and stripped the ends so I could use wire nuts to make the new connections . Placed the new defrost timer in the clip and reattached in the same location the old one was removed from. The sensor was replaced by doing the same steps. I replaced the panel after all the wire nuts were secured and the wires were tucked away where they would not interfere with the fan. Replaced the bulb, drawer, racks and food and plugged The refrigerator back in. 20 minutes from beginning to end.

Icemaker stopped making ice
I just followed the directions carefully, loosened the screws with a nutdriver removed the unit from the screws, unplugged the unit from the freezer plug, took out the new unit, used the adapter supplied with the unit to match up with the plug in the freezer, carefully attached the icemaking unit to the screws, carefully slid the cord behind the unit, lightly clinched down the screws, checked it with a level and then did the final snug down. turned the unit on and it worked fine. Pretty easy, just take your time, don't rush and it will come out fine.

Refrigerator would stop. Could hear clicking from the computer board. Could spin fan and it would start again. Ice dispenser stopped working. If you hit the dispenser the motor would stop and start clicking again
Pulled the refidgerator from the wall. Unplugged the refrigerator. Took cover off the back where the mother board was. Took a picture of all wiring with my phone just to be safe. Unplugged all wires. Used pliars to release the four white plastic pins to remove the board. Reinstalled the board in reverse order. Put cover back on the back. Plugged in the refrigerator to check if it worked. It came right on and now my water and ice dispenser all work like they should. Very easy to do! These guys make it easy! Bottom line! It'll save you money!

Frost built up inside freezer door around the ice dispenser
I read other repairs listed that were related to my problem (found them very helpful). I ordered one of each part listed in the related repairs. I used a plastic putty knife/scraper to get the plastic trim piece to pull away from the freezer door (without marking the door or trim piece). I removed the plastic trim piece (it felt like it would break, but it didn't). I lifted up, and pull out, on the bottom of the control panel unit, and disconnected the wires. Next, I removed the four screws at the corners of the plastic ice chute housing and removed it. This exposes the dispenser door recess crank, recess door spring, recess door retainers (there are two, but I only bought one, no big deal, there was nothing wrong with the old ones), dispenser door solenoid assembly, dispenser door flapper/assembly, and switch. I replaced all of these parts, but I'm pretty sure only the dispenser door solenoid was causing my problem. I cleaned rust and mildew off all of the parts not being replaced and reassembled every thing in reverse order of the dis-assembly. The only thing that made this a little bit difficult was seeing what I was doing up inside the black plastic ice chute housing - the flashlight was a necessity (my wife had to hold it because I need both hands for the little bitty screws, especially those used at the little door retainer clips. Be really careful not to bend the recess door spring - it's easy to do (I bent the new one, and reused the old one).

Frost buildup in the freezer near the ice chute.
I watched the video on the PartSelect.com website and decided to give it a try. The replacement of the flapper was even easier than I anticipated! The old flapper was extremely warped and was allowing air into the freezer. I'm not sure how/why it was in that condition but I am happy to report that I have no more ice buildup.
