Top agitator wouldnt turn with lower; freely spun by hand
Super easy repair. Pulled out fabric softener dispenser, looked in and saw teeth were worn off cogs. Looked part up on Partselect based on washer model number, ordered whole kit (just in case I found other parts worn after I took it apart). With shipping it was cheaper than just the part through the store we originally bought the washer from! Ordered kit and 3 days later I had parts in hand! Installation instructions that were packed with the kit werent as clear as ones on website but were still easy to understand. Very pleased with Partselect, and will use them again for future repair jobs!

the old pump was weeping water around the shaft
I lifted the machine up with one hand while lying on the floor and installed the new pump after aligning the motor shaft to the pump. I then snapped the pump onto the motor shaft and added the top and bottom "keeper snaps". That was it.

The top half of the agitator was not functioning properly
Well pop off the plastic cap, remove the nut that holds the agitator on and lify off the unit. Replace the cogs and return the machine to service. I was afraid to even look at this, what an easy repair. The parts were ordered and they arrived at my house the next day, no special delivery or extra postage paid, just prompt service from these folks, they ROCK!

The washer no longer spun during the rinse cycle
Many kudos to the folks who posted here. The instructions with the part didn't help much, but your comments did. I found it quite easy to replace the retaining clips using a pair of pliers at their wide setting to press the clip back into place. Oh, and when you tip the washer over, have a can of bug spray handy, you might be upsetting a black widow or two.

Top part of agitator not turning or spinning
Repair is fairly easy.I got an email confirmation from Parts Select on the order I purchased .This included a link to the 'youtube" video repair instruction which I viewed. Note: a 10" extension extension socket adapter is a must to get to the 7/16" nut holding the agitator pieces.

Water leak coming out front of washer
When water started pouring out of our washer, I removed the pump. A pair of pliars removes the two hose clamps, and there are two clips that you remove with your hands to get the pump off. The pump looked fine, so I took it to the sink, and put some water in it. I then plugged one hose "port" with my hand and blew hard into the other. Water squirted out. There was a fine crack in th eplastic of the pump. I mixed up some 2 part epoxy and put it over the crack. This fixed the problem for a little over a month. Then the pump got more leaks, so I ordered a pump from here, that arrived in 2 days. I quickly replaced it, and it works great.

clothes not cleaning and not agitating
I noticed that the clothes were not cleaning as well as usual but I did not put two and two together ie problem with agitator. Because of this problem, I starting using more detergent and taking more time in prewash preparation. I forgot one day to put detergent and baking soda on a grease spot, so I opened the loaded and running washer to see if I could spot the item, and what do you know...The clothes were not agitating, or were doing so barely. The bottom was working but the top was barely functional, okay, not fuctional. So I went to the web and typed in agitator not working and this nifty page with the vid came into my perview. Shopping for parts easy and whatever menu you need to follow you've got. I did the selecting based on location, color and the size I could see and then went back and found the model number to confirm that I had the right parts. I bought extra parts by mistake, the agitator repair kit includes a thrust spacer and agitator cam bearing, so just be aware. The video on how to accomplish the repair was clear, no hidden angles, nothing skipped, so I did not have to keep reviewing it. I used a thin metal rod to wedge into the top of the fabric softener dispenser and pop it off the top of the agitator, other wise I was not getting it off. Followed the details included in the parts packages for each section and my memory of the video I managed quite easily to replace the parts. I hate trying to figure out how to get to the point of repair in some pictures or even videos. Trying to reverse the take apart can be equally frustrating, but the video was great. I had no problems, and no redos. The agitator was no longer loosey goosey. First load I put in was large. I did watch when the load started agitating, and what did you know, it was actually agitating! Great place to buy parts.

leaking pump, bad seal in pump
1) Tilt washer back to get to pump and motor under washer. 2) Pop off clips with screwdriver, holding pump to motor. 3) Use pliers to remove hose clamps from hoses to pump. Use a small bucket to catch small amount of water in the pump. 4) Reverse steps to install new pump

Leaking Water Pump
When water began leaking from the bottom of our washer, I immediately thought it might be a leaking tub. But I did a little research on the internet and found out how easy it is to get into the machine so I could investigate the problem. When I found the source of the leak, it still seamed a little difficult to repair until I found this website. Not only did I find the part I needed at a fair price, but the video explaining the repair procedure was easy to follow. The repair itself turned out to be quite simple and easy. And the best part is that I saved time and a huge repair bill. I couldn't find a repairman quickly and I suspected they wouldn't even have the part in stock. Thanks, Parts Select!

Wouldn't agitate
I watched the video on the page with the parts I ordered. The machines were not the same, but the principle was the same. Did as instructed, except for being creative with the tools on hand. It all made sense by the time I got it apart.
