agitator not working properly
I won't go into detail about the repair job because many other people already have done an excellent job on describing their repair jobs. But I do have to say that even though I was clueless about how to get started, the video on this site was an excellent teacher. I ordered the parts which were delivered within 2 days, took my laptop to the laundry room, started the video and followed along...presto, my washer is working perfectly now. It was so easy to do. Two months after I fixed my washer my boyfriend discovered his washer had the same problem so I ordered the parts for his washer and now his is working perfectly also. I have to say the shipping was super fast and I'll be ordering again if I have any other problems with my appliances.

Agitator would not engage
I was amazed that, 1. I was able to find the part for my 25 yr. old washer, 2. That it was in expensive, and 3. That there was a video of how to do the repair. The repair did take more than 15 minutes, but not more than 20. VERY easy to do. Thanks for you support. I will, if I need them, purchase more parts from you.

Upper half of the agitator won't agitate
Exactly like the video showed. I took off the softener dispenser, removed the little screen, took out the bolt, pulled out the agitator, placed the worn out dog ears assembly and gasket on little screen, cleaned all the dirty parts (things were kind of dirty in there for being inside a washing machine), then I reassembled it all in reverse order. Works like new.

agitator cogs were wore out
I had to pry cap off top of agitator. Using a 9/16 socket a 4" extension 3/8" rachet. I loosened the nut holding the top of agitator to the bottom. The reached into the opening and slide the cog holder out. Removed the reainer ring and slide the cogs out. Installation is the reverse. total time less than 15 mins. My agitator is now agitating. Thanks

poor agitation
Removed liquid dispenser and inner plastic cap. Used 7/16 socket and extender to remove one bolt of agitator. Replaced worn out cogs then installed new upper agitator and put back together. All parts fit perfectly and it was a breeze to do. I would classify myself in the lowest possible "handyman" category. If I could do this repair, anyone can!

agitator quit turning
First of all I only needed the agitator repair kit only, I ordered a thrust spacer because the kit does not say it comes with one. It also comes with a new o-ring for the cover inside and a new seal for the mounting bolt. The extra spacer only cost me 3 bucks so no big deal, and dont worry about the 14 dollar tube of grease because you dont need it. I probably could have gotten away woth only replacing the cams but the whole kit was very cheap so I fugured I would replace it all. Most of the time was spent cleaning the soap goo from the inside of the agitator, so it all was pretty easy.

Top agitator did not move
The video instruction was very clear and to the point. However it would have nice to have had a tube of lubricant included in the kit, or at least let it be known at the order point that it was needed
