There is ample hot water filling the tun, but cold water trickles in very slowly. lt takes over an hour to fill the tub when using hot water only. It's been doing this for years. Can you please suggest a likely replacement part, or other cause? Thank you

If this is not the issue, we would recommend replacing the water inlet valve, part number PS11739275, to solve the problem. It controls the water flow into the washer. We hope this helps!
