Broken upper door bin
I received the lower door bin rather than the upper one that was needed. Ordered the correct one and it was received the next day. Both parts were received the next day. I appreciate the ultra-prompt service.

The bottom door shelf would fall off even if there weren't a lot of jars and bottles on it.
All we had to do was remove the bad door shelf by just taking it off - very easy to snap off - it takes about 10 seconds. Then we replaced it just as easily. The new one fits perfectly and we can put many bottles and jars on it, thus giving us more room on the shelves in the refigerator to store things.

Flimsy door shelves
Ordered replacements here and they arrived quickly. The hardest part of the install was opening the well-secured package. The shelves easily snapped in place (a little tighter than original equipment). The repair was complete before the FedEx truck drove away!

loud noise fan blade broke,off balance
take 1/4 hex screws out clean out dust ,remove old fan blade replace with new install bolts .

Drawer supports broken
The repair was very simple and watching the repair demo insured it would be. Received parts with in 4 days of ordering. Removed old shelf, took out phillips retaining screw and discarded old rails. installation was the reverse process.

Unit keep cutting off
Ordered the new part-Unplugged the refrigerator - took off the cover over the defective timer - put in the new part put the cover back on - plugged the refrigerator back in - so far, so good!~

won't start repaced the run capacitor didn't solve the problem so I ordered a defrost timer
